Conditions

  • Your access to the virtual meeting is personal and cannot be transferred to anybody else. Sharing your credentials with any non-registered participant will result in a ban.
  • The staff will verify the participants in the Zoom rooms. They will remove those not identifiable as conference participants who fail to answer the request to identify themselves.
  • For security reasons, the Zoom links will not be sent to the speakers. To access the virtual rooms, please follow the instructions that you will find on this website.

Virtual presentations

  • The meeting is live streaming, and it will not be recorded.
  • All the presentations will take place through Zoom.
  • To access or deliver a virtual presentation, follow the corresponding instructions on this website.

Requirements to participate virtually

  • Device (desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone) with a speaker, a microphone and a webcam. A headset is advisable to avoid echo and improve the quality of the audio. If your desktop does not have a microphone or a webcam, consider using a smartphone as an auxiliary device.
  • A stable internet connection. Advisable at least 2.5 Mbps upload and download speed, which is met by a typical broadband home internet plan or a 4G phone. A wired Ethernet connection is also advisable if possible.
  • Connect via web or install Zoom on your device.
  • Make sure that you have the same name and surname in Zoom as for the conference, so that you can be identified easily by the conference staff.
  • Check that your audio and video are working properly (watch this short tutorial video).
  • The scientific programme webpage is optimized for Google Chrome and Mozilla, so using one of these browsers is advisable.
