* The registration fee for HiTEc members and grantees is exclusively to cover the meals during the meeting, which are included for them. Virtual participants from HiTEc will have their fee waived. Please contact the administrator for that.
The registration fee includes participation in all the HiTEc, Workshop and Spring Course sessions, material, coffee breaks and a welcome reception (pre-registration is mandatory).
Eco-registration and registration for virtual presentations are available during the registration/submission process.
The registration fee is determined by the date of payment and not by the date that the online form is filled.
The presenting authors should register by the 15th of February in order to confirm participation in the conference.
