The welcome reception is open to all registrants but pre-registration is required. Participants must bring their conference badges to attend the welcome reception. It will take place on Thursday, 21st of August from 19:00 to 20:30. Details will be provided un due course.

The conference dinner will take place on Friday, 22nd of August, 20:15-22:15 at the restaurant Legato, with striking views to Shibuya (15F E. Space Tower 3-6 Maruyama-cho Shibuya-ku Tokyo).

The dinner with include appetizers, pasta, main dish, dessert and free flow drinks for 2 hours.

The conference dinner is optional, and registration is required. Participants must bring their conference badges to attend the conference dinner. Information about the purchased conference dinner ticket is embedded in the QR code on the conference badge.
