The registration process and fees are the same for virtual and in-person participants. Virtual participants will have access through live-streaming to the keynote talks, the special invited sessions, the hybrid organized sessions and the virtual sessions.
Session organizers and contributed speakers will be able to change their contribution mode until the 30th of May 2025. Invited speakers should coordinate their presentation mode with the session organizers. After the programme is completed, any change will be subject to availability. Eco-registration is available during the registration process.
The applicable registration fee is determined by the date when the organizers receive payment, not when the registration form is completed. The registration fee includes participation in the available sessions, networking activities, and (virtual) conference material.
The presenting authors should register by the 21st of May 2025 in order to confirm participation in the conference. Only registered participants will be considered for the scientific programme.
The 50 first registrations for virtual participation from CMStatistics and CFENetwork members will receive a complimentary subscription to the Electronic version of the journals CSDA and EcoSta for 2025.
