In-person venue: Beijing Normal University (BNU)

The conference venue is the Beijing Normal University (Haidian Campus).

Registration Desk

During the conference days, the registration will be located in the Yingdong Education Building from 8:00 to 17:00. On Tuesday 16th of July, 14:30-15:30, it will be open in Teaching Building No. 4, by Room 108.

Coffee Breaks

The coffee breaks will take place in the Yingdong Education Building. Participants must bring their conference badges to attend the coffee breaks.

The conference aims to be paperless and reduce consumption for environmental reasons. Even if there will be some printed Book of Abstracts, bags, pens and pads for those who need it, we encourage participants to download the material to their personal devices or return it after use. The registration area will display QR codes to find important information quickly.
