The conference venue is Waseda University, 1 Chome-6 Nishiwaseda, Shinjuku City, Tokyo (Building 11 and Building 15). Please note that the university opens at 8:00, so you will not be able to enter before that time. Due to health and safety regulations, only participants with a conference badge will be allowed by the security to enter the conference venue.

The registration will be located at the entrance of Building 11 from 8:00 to 17:00.

The coffee breaks will take place at the entrance of Building 11.

A short PDF with the schedule, general information, maps and short programme to download will be available in due course.

The conference aims to be paperless and reduce consumption for environmental reasons. Even if there will be some printed Book of Abstracts, bags, pens and pads for those who need it, we encourage participants to download the material to their personal devices or return it after use. The registration area will display QR codes to find important information quickly.
