The welcome reception is open to all registrants. It will take place on Tuesday, 1st August 2023 from 18:30 to 19:30 GMT+9 (Japan time) at the entrance of Building 11 (pilotis).

The conference dinner will take place on Wednesday, 2nd August 2023, at 19:30 at the Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo. The conference dinner is optional, and registration is required. Participants must bring their conference badges to attend the conference dinner. Information about the purchased conference dinner ticket is embedded in the QR code on the conference badge. More details will be provided in due course.
