Details for posters
- Posters will be displayed on Zoom. You do not need to upload or send your poster in advance. In-person participants can join the poster session from the assigned rooms with their devices.
- Enter your Zoom room for posters 10 minutes before the session starts by following the instructions for the participants to access.
- Select the breakout room with your poster code (e.g. E0123), share your poster and remain with your camera, microphone, and audio ready throughout the entire session. Also, please keep your chat visible.
