The Welcome Reception is open to all registrants who had preregistered and accompanying persons who have booked it. It will take place at the back yard of the Polo Piagge, Via Giacomo Matteotti 3, 56124 Pisa (see the general location here, and the floor map here) on Friday 14th of December at 19:00. Participants must bring their conference badge in order to to attend the reception. Preregistration is required due to health and safety reasons.
