Title: Convergence analysis of parametric Fisher-Rao flow

Abstract: Fisher-Rao flow (FRF) is the natural gradient flow in measure space. Recent studies have shown non-parametric FRF to be converging with a rate that is constant under mild conditions. However, in practical sampling problems, it is more convenient to consider parametric FRF. The conditions under which the constant convergence rate will be maintained are discussed; and if it is not, methods to improve the convergence.
