Abstract: Imaging data is crucial for disease diagnosis. A PFTCQR model is introduced to explore relationships between laryngeal cancer onset and imaging/clinical predictors using data from a Chinese hospital. Functional principal component analysis and moment methods estimate predictor functions, while an MCMC algorithm aids estimation via the ALD representation. The model is extended for composite quantile regression with variable selection, improving robustness. Results offer insights into laryngeal cancer risk factors and their quantile-specific effects.
