Title: An approach for curve alignment and clustering

Abstract: The focus is on the problem where we have several groups of curves, where curves in the same group have the same shape (up to a scale and location change) after being aligned. An approach will be presented that performs alignment and clustering simultaneously. The approach can handle misalignment due to nonlinear time transformation. Simulation results will be presented to demonstrate the performance of the proposed approach.
