Title: Making probabilistic predictions in multi-response regression problems

Abstract: A fully nonparametric approach to probabilistic predictions in multi-response regression problems is proposed. The main focus is on learning the dependence between multiple responses with a generative neural network, and demonstrating through a variety of data sets that the flexibility afforded by being fully nonparametric does make a difference.
