Title: Using the medflex package for (semi)high dimensional mediators and/or complex outcomes

Abstract: The goal of mediation analysis is typically not to assess mediation through a specific variable, but instead to assess mediation through a complex biomedical system. Such systems are typically measured through a range of variables each of which, only captures a reflection. The mediation analysis needs to take all such variables into account. It is demonstrated how this can be achieved using the medflex package for R.
