Title: Joint analysis of longitudinal count and binary data with outliers

Abstract: The purpose is to discuss an innovative, robust method for jointly analyzing longitudinal count and binary responses. The method is useful for bounding the influence of potential outliers when estimating the model parameters. The asymptotic properties of the proposed robust estimators will be discussed. The empirical properties are investigated based on a simulation study. The proposed method is illustrated using some real data from a public health study.
