The applicable registration fee is determined by the date that the payment is received by the organizers, and not the date that the registration form is completed. The registration fee includes participation to all sessions, conference material, coffee breaks and a welcome reception.
Eco-registration and registration for virtual presentations are available during the registration/submission process.
The presenting authors should register by 7th of September 2019 in order to confirm participation to the conference.
The reception on Saturday the 14th December 2019 is free to all register participants but preregistration is required due to health and safety reasons. The reception has limited capacity and places are not guaranteed for those registering after 16th of September 2019.
