Abstract: A novel approach is introduced to within-game forecasting by treating each match as a dynamic time series. The unique contribution lies in the application of a sophisticated time series clustering method, which leverages the parallelism of trend functions. The aim is also to study the changing influence of covariates within a match towards a match outcome.
