Abstract: Functional connections in the brain have provided significant information to explain various pathological conditions and behavioural characteristics. The use of a graph neural network called graphSAGE to investigate resting-state fMRI and the applications of machine learning-based multi-modal approaches to combine EEG measures with fMRI to observe neurophysiological events in high temporal and spatial resolution will be discussed.
