Title: Unrestricted hypothesis testing

Abstract: A novel multiple-hypothesis testing approach is presented that improves upon existing state-of-the-art benchmarks by directly utilising p-values to perform calibration to control the local FDR. The methodology has broad applications across multiple fields and works in a variety of settings. The key insights and findings of the research will be discussed.
